The Scarab Lords still have their original mount, they have no right to complain about completely new model they never worked towards. This is like them giving that Legion hidden Corrupted Ashbringer skin only to original wielders of Corrupted Ashbringer from classic Naxxramas. These are new models that look completely different and HD. In WoTLK, a lot of people rolled on new servers with the gates closed to get theirs.Ģ. Seeing someone with a black scarab mount these days is an exceptional thing and it would suck to take that away from those people and their guilds that put in the effort back then.ġ. Could these be temporary mounts only used for the duration of the event? Or with the changes happening to Silithus in 7.3.5, could Call of the Scarab be converted into a permanent holiday, leading to these mounts as permanent rewards?
